First General Meeting

The first general member's meeting of 20o6/2007 will be Monday, October 2, from 7-9 pm in room 379 of the UCC. If you have not paid your fee during clubs week, you'll be required to pay the $5 at the door. Please fire off a quick email to the club account westernoxfam@gmail.com if you are planning to attend. Welcome Back!/Clubs Week

Hello and welcome back to school! This is a reminder that UWO Clubs Week is September 18-22. Look for the club booth at site #64 in the gym of the UCC instead of in the atrium as it has been in the past. Please remember that if you intend to be an active member of Oxfam Western you must drop by the booth and pay your membership fees and put your name on the updated list. If you miss clubs week, you will have an opportunity to pay your fee at the first club meeting. I will post the date of the first club meeting as soon as it is available.

We need help with the club booth during Clubs Week. If you have free time and would be willing to sit and take in new member's contact information and help answer questions, please respond by emailing our club address at westernoxfam@gmail.com . The times are between 10am and 4pm Monday through Thursday, and 10am to 2:30pm on Friday. Even if you have a half hour you can help, it is appreciated. Hope to see everyone drop by the table at some point next week!
